SHIPPING, EXCHANGE & RETURN
1. How will I know when my order is shipped?
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us with all the details of your purchase along with the shipping details and a tracking number.
2. How much do you charge for shipping?
We do not levy any shipping charges for orders to be delivered within India. For International Shipping, kindly mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to know the shipping charges
3.Do you offer international shipping?
Don’t worry about your location as you purchase your favorite outfit from us. We offer international shipping as well and will ensure that your product reaches you safely.
4. When should I expect my shipment to be delivered?
Your order will be processed within 48 hours after which most courier companies usually take 2-5 business days within India and 3 to 7 days outside of India for delivery.
5. Can I change the address to which I want products to be delivered?
You can change your delivery address by contacting our customer service team at email@example.com, before the order gets verified. The delivery address cannot be changed after you receive a confirmation email.
6. Can I cancel my order?
You may submit a cancellation request for your order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before the orders is dispatched.
7. Can I return an order?
We currently do not accept returns or offer cash refunds for a purchase. However, you may exchange a product within 7 business days of receiving it.
8. Under what circumstances can I exchange an item?
You may exchange an item if you have received a wrong product or in case of any manufacturing defects.
9. Within how many days can I make an exchange?
You may exchange your purchase within 7 business days of receiving your order subject to conditions mentioned under Serial No. 8
10. Can I exchange a product that is on sale?
No, this is not possible. You cannot exchange a product that has been bought on sale or using a coupon code.
